Customise column & rename rules
Matched ignoring spaces, hyphens and case — so "Official Sensitive" or "officialsensitive" both match.
Get this wrong and characters like £ signs, accents or curly quotes can silently corrupt — usually the cause of "invalid character" errors on import even in unrelated numeric columns. If in doubt, Windows-1252 is the safer bet for DfE/ESFA-style exports.
